Finding Zen and Joy offers 1-1 and small group zoom courses to help you get a whole lot better at life by letting go of constant stress. We also have self guided online classes too!

We all deserve and need to unravel the ropes stress holds around us.  We are craving balance and calm more than ever!

Life is full of stressful situations and events.  Do you feel equipped to handle high amounts of daily stress or are you feeling overwhelmed? Not many of us have ever been taught how to handle stress-I want to change that!  It is never too late to learn something new that can change your life for the better. 
 
Thanks to outstanding research and Neuroscience we can better understand how stress affects our entire life. Using tools taught at Harvard Medical and MGH, you will learn some of the greatest methods of calming the nervous system, finding balance, and being more peaceful.
