Finding Zen and Joy offers 1-1 and small group zoom courses to help you get a whole lot better at life by letting go of constant stress. We also have self guided online classes too!

We all deserve and need to unravel the ropes stress holds around us.  We are craving balance and calm more than ever!

Life is full of stressful situations and events.  Do you feel equipped to handle high amounts of daily stress or are you feeling overwhelmed? Not many of us have ever been taught how to handle stress-I want to change that!  It is never too late to learn something new that can change your life for the better. 
 
Thanks to outstanding research and Neuroscience we can better understand how stress affects our entire life. Using tools taught at Harvard Medical and MGH, you will learn some of the greatest methods of calming the nervous system, finding balance, and being more peaceful.

Through our work together my students become more peaceful and calm, more connected to family and the self,  more confident handling difficult people and situations, and consistently create healthy routines to increase feelings of happiness and peace.

  • Learn how to calm the nervous system so you can start feeling more at ease.

  • 4 week PRIVATE course-can be extended if you feel you are needing more support.

  • Geared for individuals who have a massage routine going but need help with stress ASAP!

OPTION 2:  6 MONTH WELLNESS WORKS

  • 6 months of support

  • ENJOY one 75 minute private stress less class tailored to you specifically via zoom each month. Stress reduction wellness classes scientifically proven to be highly effective.

  • ENJOY one FREE 60 minute massage each month with one of our awesome therapists.  Massage is the ultimate in relaxing the entire nervous system.

  • Geared for individuals who like support and to take their time.  Stress is ongoing but feel ready to make lasting changes to stop stressing and start thriving!

Investment for your health: $250/mo.

OPTION 3:  3 MONTH WELLNESS WORKS EXPRESS

  • ENJOY two 75 minute private stress less classes tailored to you specifically via zoom. Stress reduction wellness classes scientifically proven to be highly effective.

  • ENJOY one FREE 60 minute massage each month with one of our awesome therapists. Massage is the ultimate in relaxing the entire nervous system.

  • Geared towards an individual who is ready to really make positive changes quickly because stress is ruling your current life and you have had enough!
