What Is Included A 60-minute Clarity Session for past coaching clients who would like a refresher, renewed direction, or additional support after completing their coaching program. The session may be held in person or via Zoom/Phone and can include reviewing progress, addressing current challenges, clarifying goals, identifying patterns, and creating practical next steps. What Is Expected Please arrive on time and come prepared to participate openly and discuss the area in which you need support. Questions are always welcome. Coaching Agreement Coaching is a collaborative professional relationship. The Client remains responsible for their well-being, decisions, actions, and results. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, medical or mental health treatment, nor a substitute for legal, medical, financial, business, spiritual, or other professional advice. The Client agrees to seek appropriately qualified professional support when necessary. Privacy & Confidentiality Information shared during the session will remain confidential unless the Client provides written permission or disclosure is required by law, including situations involving serious risk of harm or abuse. Coach-Client confidentiality is not legally privileged in the same way as doctor-patient or attorney-client confidentiality. Topics may be discussed anonymously with coaching professionals for training or consultation. The Client may decline to discuss any topic, and electronic communications may carry privacy risks. Fee, Scheduling & Cancellations The Clarity Session lasts 60 minutes and costs $200. Payment is due in full before the session. Cancellations or rescheduling requests require at least 24 hours’ notice. If less than 24 hours’ notice is provided, the full session fee will be charged. Session Terms This is a one-time follow-up session and does not include ongoing coaching or support unless additional services are booked separately. Limited Liability The Coach does not guarantee specific results and is not responsible for the Client’s actions, inactions, decisions, or outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, the Coach’s total liability is limited to the $200 fee paid for this session. Acceptance By booking and paying for the Clarity Session, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. Electronic acceptance or signatures will be treated as originals.
