Nicole Briggs
For over 25 years, I have dedicated my career to helping women and parents navigate the demands of busy schedules, endless to-do lists, and the overwhelming pressure of trying to do it all.
My passion is guiding people to reduce stress, restore their energy, and reconnect with the parts of themselves that often get buried beneath daily responsibilities.

My work goes far beyond surface-level solutions. I help clients uncover the limiting beliefs and patterns that keep them stuck in overwhelm, burnout, and survival mode so they can create meaningful, lasting change and step into the life they truly deserve.

As a mother of four, I understand firsthand what it feels like to be stretched thin, constantly putting everyone else first, and losing sight of your own needs and passions. I have been where you are, and that personal experience deeply shapes the compassionate, practical support I offer.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and am a Certified Positivity and Relaxation Training Instructor through the Massachusetts General Hospital/Harvard Mind Body Medicine Program, a Certified Resilient Youth Facilitator through the MGH/Harvard Mind Body Medicine Program, a Certified Life Coach, and a business owner of over 25 years.
