What Is Included A free, no-obligation discovery call to discuss your personal or professional goals, explore your current challenges, and determine whether coaching and Bella Viva are the right fit for you. This introductory call is not a full coaching session and does not include a personalized coaching plan or ongoing support. What Is Expected Please arrive on time and come prepared to briefly share what you would like support with. You are welcome to ask questions about the coaching process, available programs, and what working together may look like. Discovery Call Agreement This call is an introductory conversation and does not establish an ongoing Coach-Client relationship. You remain responsible for your well-being, decisions, actions, and results. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, medical or mental health treatment, nor is it a substitute for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Please seek support from an appropriately qualified professional when needed. Privacy & Confidentiality Information shared during the call will be treated as confidential, except when disclosure is required by law, including situations involving a risk of serious harm or abuse. Coach-Client confidentiality is not legally privileged in the same way as doctor-patient or attorney-client confidentiality. Electronic communications may carry privacy risks. Fees, Scheduling & Cancellations This discovery call is completely free, with no payment or commitment required. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible. No cancellation fee applies. Results & Next Steps No specific results are guaranteed. At the end of the call, you may be invited to explore a coaching service or program, but you are under no obligation to book or purchase anything.
