What Is Included Mind Body Reset combines a 60-minute relaxation massage with a 90-minute Life Coaching session, giving you the rare experience of someone listening — really listening — to what you need. Together, we'll uncover where your energy is leaking and map out a Personal Wellness Plan built around small, sustainable habits that create lasting change. Let frustration and stress fade. What Is Expected Please arrive on time and come prepared to participate openly and discuss the area in which you need support. Questions are always welcome. Coaching Agreement Coaching is a collaborative professional relationship. The Client remains responsible for their well-being, decisions, actions, and results. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, medical or mental health treatment, nor a substitute for legal, medical, financial, business, spiritual, or other professional advice. The Client agrees to seek appropriately qualified professional support when necessary. Privacy & Confidentiality Information shared during the session will remain confidential unless the Client provides written permission or disclosure is required by law, including situations involving serious risk of harm or abuse. Coach-Client confidentiality is not legally privileged in the same way as doctor-patient or attorney-client confidentiality. Topics may be discussed anonymously with coaching professionals for training or consultation. The Client may decline to discuss any topic, and electronic communications may carry privacy risks. Fee, Scheduling & Cancellations The Mind Body Reset Session includes a 60 minute relaxation massage and a 90 minute life coaching session and costs $300. Payment is due in full before the session. Cancellations or rescheduling requests require at least 24 hours’ notice. If less than 24 hours’ notice is provided, the full session fee will be charged. Session Terms This is a one-time follow-up session and does not include ongoing coaching or support unless additional services are booked separately. Limited Liability The Coach does not guarantee specific results and is not responsible for the Client’s actions, inactions, decisions, or outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, the Coach’s total liability is limited to the $300 fee paid for this session. Acceptance By booking and paying for The Mind Body Reset the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. Electronic acceptance or signatures will be treated as originals.
